Kane went a long way from previous neon colours with this dark collection in 3d patterns. The length was knee long but the collection was spiced up with leopard prints and futuristic wibes. The leather detailing and pinstripes were the favourite details in this collection for fall.

Burberry was more edgy than usual and mixed classic pieces like the knee long skirt with bomber jackets. The colours did not vary much from the traditional army green, navy blue, some plum and the usual neutrals. The tailored coats were strong and the bow belts added a flirty twist to the collection who was in general very elegant.

Mary Katrantzou delivered a collection with a lot of inspiring patterns as always, this time more architectural and tribal like. The silhouettes were all amazingly varied and over the top, more avant garde than ever. We look forward to many editorials with these Katrantzou pieces.

Topshop Unique for fall was full of army green and low waist fitted pants with a lot of leg room. The shirts were buttoned down, the lower the better, a styling tip and trend that will be highly visible during 2012 if our sources are correct. Crosses were bigger than prints for the new season, and knitwear present as always for ready to wear during the colder months.

Mulberry surprised many with a strong grip on patterns for fall, some of them similar to Missoni. Throughout the collection strong colours like yellow and orange were mixed together with different shades of blue. Sitting on front row was the singer Lana del Rey whom with her new found fame had gotten a Mulberry bag named after herself, simply called the del Rey.

The Issa London show was packed with Victorias Secret models like Magdalena Frackowiak (first picture) Maryna Linchuk, Eniko Mihalik and Dorothea Barth Jörgensen. The styling was James Bond meets Russian doll, which was created through volumous hair with the use of products from the Glamour line. An interview with the team behind the hairdos was also made, which will be up later on…

Matthew Williamson presented a beautiful winter collection with his strong signature patterns on many pieces. The gowns were so light they litterally flew over the runway and the styling with see through and tailored tshirts over dresses was appreciated.

House of Holland showed a very eclectic and playfull collection full of crazy colours. The main theme was stripes and some fashion irony to top it off. As for last fall, socks are in focus and not to be hidden.

The Toni&Guy team did a very classic and sleek look to match the Matthew Williamson winter collection. This is a look that is not to hard to re-create at home. Use a lot of mousse, brush it in the opposite direction to create volume and then make a ponytail leaving a small amount of hair untoched. Use that part to wrap around the ponytail and lock it down.

Aquascutum presented a strong collection with tailored and streamlined pieces and stated a very masculine look for fall. The colours were earthy and varied from army green to navy blue, some grey, white and burgundy.
